The garden today

I’ve rather left the garden alone since late summer apart from occasional leaf-raking. It looks mellow and damp in today’s sunshine; the unseasonably warm weather means that the leeks and broccoli which I normally dig up/cut in February/March are ready to eat now. (The latter complete with caterpillars.)

The stump of the felled conifer has been ground out and the space is now ripe for redevelopment. More work!
